Hi!
I’m Isabelle Elsa Krueger.

I’m a UX researcher and designer, currently completing my Master’s in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University, where I study how people think, decide, misunderstand, and struggle inside digital systems. My work is grounded in cognitive psychology, accessibility, and behavioral science, but my motivation has always been much simple: I want things to be easier for people.

I didn’t start out in tech. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences on a pre-medical track, because helping people felt my path. What I found there was a deep curiosity about how humans work, not just biologically, but emotionally and socially. I wanted to understand why people make the choices they do, especially when they’re confused, scared, or overwhelmed.

Later, working in marketing and brand design, I learned how often digital products quietly fail people, how interfaces confuse them, exclude them, or push them into mistakes they didn’t mean to make. UX became my way of tackling that!

Now I build and research systems that aim to be:

  • Clear instead of clever

  • Accessible instead of exclusive

  • Supportive instead of manipulative

My work spans user research, usability testing, information architecture, and interface design, but what I’m really doing is trying to reduce friction between people and the things they need, especially in spaces like pet care, healthcare, and social impact, where bad design can negatively impact individuals just like you and me.

I care deeply about ethical design, transparency, and building tools that treat users with dignity. I don’t believe technology should demand that people become more perfect. I believe technology should meet people where they are. Thanks for visiting!
